4. - Structure and content of the study programme
a) - The institution describes the rules for the design of study plans within the study programme.

The study program is conducted over 3 years. The content of the study program is the same as the description of the training area, it reflects the main topics of the knowledge material according to the Collection of Laws Decree No. 244/2019, and it is based on the profile of the graduates. The structure of the curriculum of the study program and the content of the subjects have been harmonized in accordance with the instruction of the rector of J. Selye University Rector’s Order No. 16/2021 (Methodological Instruction for the Elaboration, Harmonisation and Modification of Study Programmes at J. Selye University for the creation, harmonization and modification of the training programs of J. Selye University).

b) - The institution compiles the recommended study plans for individual study paths.

The curriculum of the study programme is available in the Academic Information System of the J. Selye University.

Following the harmonization of the Applied Informatics (Level 1) study programme, newly admitted students at the beginning of the next academic year will begin their studies on the harmonized study program and will study based on the modified subjects and rules, while students from the following years will continue their studies according to the original proposed curriculum and subjects for which they were admitted.

c) - The study plan generally states:

- individual parts of the study programme (modules, courses, and other relevant school and extracurricular activities, if they contribute to the achievement of the required learning outcomes and allow to obtain credits) in the structure of compulsory, compulsory optional and optional courses,

The study program has a standard hierarchy and is divided into compulsory, compulsory optional and optional subjects. The student is obliged to complete all compulsory subjects of the study program worth 121 credits (a total of 24 subjects are included in the recommended study plan), as well as to complete subjects from the block of compulsory optional subjects of the study program worth at least 39 credits. The study program also includes optional subjects, which are also included in the recommended study plan. Successful completion of the 14-credit state exam subject (Bachelor Thesis and its defense) is also required to complete the study program.

The courses of the study program are included in the recommended study plan.

- profile courses of the relevant study path (specialization) within the study programme,

Profile courses of the study program belong to the block of compulsory courses and compulsory optional courses (and are included in the recommended study plan)

- for each learning part/course the learning outcomes, related criteria and rules of their assessment so that the learning objectives of the study programme are met (they can be stated only in the Course information sheets, in the Learning outcomes section and in the Course completion requirements),

The information sheet for each subject explicitly states what knowledge, skills and competencies the student will acquire after completing the given subject, and the student will be evaluated based on these learning outcomes.

- prerequisites, co-requisites and recommendations for the design of the study plan,

The prerequisite for the state exam subject (Bachelor Thesis and its defence) is the completion of the compulsory educational parts and subjects of the study program.

- for each learning part of the study plan/course the applied educational activities (lecture, seminar, exercise, final work, project work, laboratory work, internship, excursion, field practice, professional practice, state exam, etc. or their combinations) suitable for achieving learning outcomes,

The educational activities and the form of their implementation, which ensure the achievement of the desired educational results, are clearly declared on the information sheets of all educational parts and subjects.

In the case of educational parts and subjects, educational activities are given priority – lectures and/or seminars, professional practice and state exam subjects are realized in other forms.

- módszereket, amelyek révén az oktatási tevékenység megvalósul - jelenléti forma, távoktatás, kombinált forma (a tantárgyak információs lapjával összhangban),

On the information sheet of each educational part/subject, the teaching methods are clearly listed in "attendance" form, but in view of the current epidemiological situation, we consider it important and self-evident that, if necessary, the given educational activity is implemented in the form of distance learning and/or in a combined form.

- outline/syllabus of the course,

The thematic outline/syllabus of the subjects is a mandatory part of the information sheet for each subject.

- student workload ("extent" of individual courses and educational activities separately),

When preparing the educational parts/subjects of the submitted study program, we took into account the workload of the students, in accordance with ECTS, depending on the allocated credits and depending on the duration of the education. One credit corresponds to 25-30 hours of work (see J. Selye University Rector’s Order No. 16/2021 Methodological Instruction for the Elaboration, Harmonisation and Modification of Study Programmes at J. Selye University). This is a typical workload (actual time required to achieve learning outcomes may vary from student to student).

- credits allocated to each part based on the learning outcomes achieved and the workload involved,

In the case of educational parts/subjects with higher credit, where the attendance teaching hours are not in line with the student's workload, additional learning tasks have been defined, which the student solves through independent study under the supervision/guidance of the teacher, with a subsequent presentation of the learning results, which are the subject were recorded in advance on the information sheet.

- the person responsible for the course (or a partner organization/person ) with an indication of the contact details,

The information sheets of the subjects include the persons providing the subjects.

- course teachers (or participating partner organizations/persons) (may also be mentioned in Course information sheets),

The teachers teaching the subject are listed on the information sheets of the subjects.

- places where the courses are taught (if the study programme is delivered at several workplaces),

10. - Feedback on the quality of provided education
a) - Procedures for monitoring and evaluating students' opinions on the study programme quality.

In accordance with university regulations, Faculty of Economics and Informatics at J. Selye University developed and implemented an internal system to ensure the quality of education at the faculty level. The primary goal of the above-mentioned system is to ensure, monitor and improve the quality of education in accordance with the activities of the Faculty.

Pursuant to Article 70, Paragraph 1, Point h) of Act 131/2002 on Higher Education Institutions and Amendments to Certain Regulations, students have the right to participate in an anonymous questionnaire at least once a year, the purpose of which is to evaluate the quality of education and the instructors. At the end of each semester (ie twice a year), students of Faculty of Economics and Informatics at J. Selye University have the opportunity to evaluate the quality of education (all subjects listed on the student's registration form) and the instructors in an anonymous questionnaire. The anonymous questionnaire is available to students in the Academic Information System of the J. Selye University.

After the questionnaire, the results are automatically evaluated by the system. The results of the survey are evaluated at different levels:

● Teacher level – feedback for taught subjects,

● Head of department level – feedback on all subjects provided by the department,

● The level of the deputy dean responsible for education and social affairs, as well as the level of the dean - feedback on all subjects provided by the faculty. Text comments will only appear after approval by the Associate Dean,

● Quality Assurance Council of the Faculty of Economics and Informatics at J. Selye University – discusses the results of the surveys once a year,
