2. - Graduate profile and learning objectives
a) - The institution defines the learning objectives of the study programme such as student's abilities at the time of completion of the programme and the main learning outcomes.

The baccalaureate student of the Slovak language and literature teacher study program acquires theoretical knowledge as well as practical skills and abilities in the field of Hungarian literature and linguistics. The graduate is able to apply the acquired theoretical and practical knowledge in the field of education. He is characterized by a creative and flexible way of thinking, is able to handle and analyze different educational situations properly, and can effectively organize the educational process in his field of expertise. In addition, he is able to use information and communication technologies in the educational process, and is able to effectively communicate and cooperate with parents and members of the teaching community.

Knowledges:

The graduate will know the defining facts, concepts, principles, theoretical and methodological aspects of Slovak linguistics (phonetics, phonology, morphology, syntax, lexicology, semantics, orthography). You will acquire basic knowledge about the changes in the Slovak language and the basics of Slavic studies. You will be able to see the different stages of the change of the Slovak language, its historical, cultural and social connections. You will be proficient in the theory and methodology of modern linguistics. You will also know the defining facts, concepts, principles, theoretical and methodological aspects of Slovak literature, as well as be able to recognize artistic aspirations, styles and trends. The graduate will have a broad knowledge of the development of Slovak and world literature from the beginning to the end of the 20th century, the most important literary genres, the most basic philological procedures and source research, and will also know some areas of children's and youth literature, as well as creative typical tasks and practices of writing.


Skills:

After completing the studies, the graduate can apply the knowledge acquired in the fields of Slovak linguistics, literary theory, the history of Slovak and world literature, and the teaching of Slovak language and literature. You will know the basic principles of classifying parts of speech and morphemes, the procedures, methods and strategies for preparing spelling tasks, and you will be able to develop the students' sentence creation and analysis skills. You will be able to form your own position on the question of the development and history of the Slovak language, and you will be able to revise it if necessary, and to argue constructively for your position. Upon completion of his studies, the graduate mastered the analytical procedures, methods and strategies of works of Slovak literature, the methods of comparing them with works of world literature, as well as the procedures, skills and strategies necessary for creating writing tasks. In the course of his work as a pedagogical assistant, the graduate can apply various strategies for the teaching of literature (e.g. cooperative learning, drama pedagogy).


Competencies:

The graduate has a positive attitude towards his profession and the target group. He is able to relate positively to the socio-cultural and linguistic diversity of society, and considers it important to pass on written literacy in the mother tongue. He is able to form his own position in relation to certain issues of Slovak linguistics, literary theory, and the history of Slovak literature and world literature, and is also able to revise his position as necessary and support it with arguments. After completing his studies, he is able to pass on his knowledge of the Slovak language and literature. During his teaching work, he keeps in mind the issue of student diversity and has basic knowledge of the health and social aspects of the different development of individuals. He also recognizes and helps gifted students and collaborates effectively with special educators, psychologists and other professionals. In addition, he keeps abreast of current developments in Slovak linguistics and literature and is constantly training himself.

b) - The institution indicates the professions for which the graduate is prepared at the time of completion and the potential of the study programme from the point of view of graduate's employability.

A graduate of the first degree of the study program Teaching Slovak language and literature in combination will receive a bachelor's degree (abbreviated as Bc.), a university diploma (1st degree), a state examination certificate, an addendum to the diploma and a qualification at level 6 according to the Slovak Qualifications Framework (SKKR). and on the basis of Decree no. 1/2020 Z. z. of the Ministry of Education, Science, Research and Sport of the Slovak Republic on the qualification requirements of teaching staff and professional staff, in accordance with §2, paragraph 1 and Annex no. 6, point 1 can find employment as a pedagogical employee in the category pedagogical assistant, code SK ISCO-08: 2359001, according to the Statistical Classification of Jobs.

The first degree study program is aimed at continuing in the subsequent master's study program and obtaining full qualifications to perform the work of a pedagogical employee in the teacher category with the prospect of employment as a primary school teacher or secondary school teacher in the regional education system in accordance with Act 138/2019 Z. of . about teaching staff and professional staff.

3. - Employability
a) - Evaluation of the study programme graduates employability.

By successfully completing the first stage of the combined study program Teaching Slovak Language and Literature, the student will obtain a qualification corresponding to level 6 according to the Slovak Qualification Framework (SKKR). Proof of qualification is a university diploma (1st degree), a state examination certificate and an addendum to the diploma.

On the basis of Decree no. 1/2020 Z. z. of the Ministry of Education, Science, Research and Sport of the Slovak Republic on the qualification requirements of teaching staff and professional staff, in accordance with §2, paragraph 1 and Annex no. 6, point 1, a graduate of the first degree meets the qualification prerequisites for performing the work of a pedagogical employee in the category of pedagogical assistant.

In accordance with the SKKR, a graduate of the first degree of the study program (level 6 of the SKKR) will obtain a qualification and be qualified for the following employment and profession:

On the labor market, a graduate of the Bachelor's study program Teaching Slovak language and literature in combination will be employed as a teaching assistant in schools and in school facilities or in other professions that require knowledge of the Slovak language and literature and the knowledge, skills and competence of the graduate corresponding to level 6 of the Slovak Qualification Framework.

Graduates can also find employment as a teaching assistant for children's extracurricular activities in schools and in leisure centers, as a lecturer in literary, dramatic, interpretation-recitation interest units, as a teacher's assistant in art schools (or conservatories), in the fields of literary creativity, recitations, creative drama, performance art.

The graduate can also be employed in the management of education in sessions with auxiliary functions in administrative-methodical activities, or as an administrator of school libraries, further in editorial, editorial and publishing work and in the broad sphere of mass media communication.

A graduate of the combined teaching of Slovak language and literature study program is ready to continue his studies and obtain a full teaching qualification at the second level of higher education.

Graduates mostly continue to the 2nd stage of university studies at the Faculty of Slovak Language and Literature Teaching in Combination (Mgr.). The minimum share of graduates is applied on the labor market.

The applicability and success of individual study programs at PF UJS is monitored by the UJS Career Counseling Center using regular surveys among alumni.

Feedback with a focus on examining the quality of the study program teaching Slovak language and literature in combination is carried out continuously by the teachers. It is implemented individually by the employees of the Methodic Centre. The obtained information is evaluated during the working sessions of the Department of Slovak Language and Literature by its members. Information on employers' satisfaction with UJS graduates is also monitored by the UJS Career Counseling Center.

We asked potential employers of our graduates to evaluate the quality of the Slovak language and literature teaching in combination. PaedDr. gave us her assessment and opinion. Zuzana Farkašová, employee of the Methodological and Pedagogical Center and Elementary School Ul. Práce 24, Komárno:


"The content and concept of the innovative information sheets for the individual subjects of the Slovak language and literature bachelor's study program correspond to the requirements of the Ministry of Education, Science, Research and Sport of the Slovak Republic. Pursuant to Act no. 244/2019 were supplemented with knowledge, skills and competences that the student should acquire. Based on the experience from the previous accreditation, the subject matter has been supplemented, the conditional subjects have been updated. The evaluation of subjects is extended by alternatives, the method of evaluation is specified in accordance with the credit subsidy. The recommended professional literature has been updated with publications published mainly after 2000." 4. - Structure and content of the study programme
a) - The institution describes the rules for the design of study plans within the study programme.

The study of the first degree of the study program Teaching Slovak language and literature in combination consists of subjects of social science, pedagogical and psychological basis of teaching and subject approvals.

The study program Teaching Slovak language and literature in combination is an organic part of the study field Teaching and pedagogical sciences. It is intended to provide the bachelor's education necessary for continuing to the second level of university studies and the subsequent acquisition of a full teaching qualification with the perspective of application in the field of pedagogical theory and practice.

The specific method of teaching forms, its criteria and required goals is detailed for each subject of the presented study program, which is also provided by the subject's information sheet.

The student of the study program, as part of fulfilling the requirements of the study program, or after completing it completely and obtaining the required minimum number of credits, he creates his own study plan, in which he writes down subjects with such a credit value and in such a composition (compulsory subjects, compulsory optional subjects and optional subjects) that in the control stage of the study he can fulfill the conditions for enrollment in the next part of the study. In the academic year in which the student plans to finish his studies properly, he enrolls in subjects with such a credit value and in such a composition that, by successfully completing them, he fulfills the conditions for properly finishing his studies.

The student's study plan includes all mandatory subjects of the study program, including teaching practice, state examination and defense of the bachelor's thesis, for a total of 180 credits. By completing them, the student will acquire up-to-date knowledge, skills and competences, including transferable skills from pedagogical-psychological and social-science disciplines, from Slovak linguistics, theory and history of Slovak literature and didactics of the Slovak language and literature.

As part of the overall concept of the bachelor's study program, out of the total number of 180 credits, 36 credits are dedicated to the common social-scientific, pedagogical and psychological basis of teaching and 144 credits are approved subjects. Compulsory subjects of the common teaching basis of the bachelor's study program reflect the supporting topics of the core knowledge of the field of study defined by the description and at the same time the current needs of teaching practice, they aim at the development of pedagogical thinking, digital and psychological literacy of future teachers. Within the compulsory and compulsory optional subjects, the student will gain an overview of the basic principles of pedagogical thinking and the theory and practice of education (general pedagogy and history of pedagogy, general didactics, alternative pedagogical concepts, philosophy of education and training), theories of cognitive and social development and personality formation in childhood and adolescence with an emphasis on the educational context of these processes (educational theory, basics of general psychology, developmental psychology, social psychology, child biology and school health, art education), on the organization and legislation of the school system (school legislation and documentation, school management and school policy), about the possibilities of solving professional and special pedagogical problems and tasks (intercultural education, inclusive pedagogy, gender equality, school - school climate, school prevention programs) and digital support of the educational process (ICT basics, multimedia pedagogy). Part of the core of the study program are pedagogical practice courses aimed at hospice activity and the development of students' professional competence (preparation and analysis of hearings, pedagogical communication, project teaching). The state examination is carried out from compulsory subjects of the common social science, pedagogical and psychological basis of teaching.

The study program of the bachelor's degree Teaching Slovak language and literature in combination contains individual subjects, their brief annotation and scope, credit value, conditional subjects and the method of assessment and completion. The developed recommended study plan is part of the accreditation file. The characteristics of the subjects of the study program and the compulsory literature are contained in the information sheets of compulsory and compulsory optional subjects. The structure of the program is in accordance with the description of the field of study for the first degree and consists of compulsory and optional subjects, professional practice, final thesis and its defense, state examination and other educational activities of the student. Education in the subjects of the study program is provided in standard forms: lecture, seminar, exercise, where the emphasis is placed on the student's independent work. The division of topics by years is in accordance with the chronological approach, which corresponds to the nature of the department.

2nd year

Lexicology of the Slovak language, Classicism and pre-romanticism in Slovak literature Syntax of the Slovak language, Romanticism in Slovak literature, Language and communication - connections and contexts, Chapters from comparative linguistics, Chapters from world literature, Regionalism and urbanism in Slovak literature.

3rd year

Realism in Slovak literature, Stylistics of the Slovak language, Slovak literature of the interwar period, Literature for children and youth, Literature of foreign Slovaks, Rhetoric, Exercises from literature for children and youth, Methodology of teaching Slovak as L2, Bachelor's seminar, Slovak language and literature - subject of the state exams, Bachelor thesis with defense.

b) - The institution compiles the recommended study plans for individual study paths.

After the alignment of the SJL (1st grade) with the modification, newly admitted students will enter the harmonized SP at the beginning of the next academic year and will study according to the subjects and rules after the modification, while the second and third year students continue to study the harmonized SP according to the original recommended study plan and subjects , to which they were admitted. The current study plan is available in the UJS Academic Information System.

c) - The study plan generally states:

The student completes the compulsory subjects Introduction to Linguistics and the Sound Level of the Slovak Language, Morphology of the Slovak Language, Lexicology of the Slovak Language, Syntax of the Slovak Language, Stylistics of the Slovak Language, in which he will gradually acquire a comprehensive summary of knowledge about the language system of the Slovak language on all its levels and compulsory subjects Theory of literature, Older Slovak literature, Classicism and pre-romanticism in Slovak literature, Romanticism in Slovak literature, Realism in Slovak literature, Slovak literature of the interwar period, Literature for children and youth, in which the student will acquire comprehensive knowledge in the field of literary terminology, the structure of a literary text, literary stylistics, theories of literary types and genres, knowledge of Slovak literature from the Middle Ages to the 20th century, with a focus on developmental stages, tendencies, directions and their important authors, chooses subjects from among the compulsory optional subjects: Spelling exercises and orthoepy, General Linguistics, Exercises with Slovak morphology, Language and communication - links and connections, Chapters from comparative linguistics, Rhetoric, which are aimed at expanding knowledge, practicing skills and competences in various aspects of the Slovak language, Contact elements in Slovak literature, Chapters from world literature, Regionalism and urbanism in Slovak literature, Literature of foreign Slovaks, Literature exercises for children and youth, which deepen knowledge of the history and development contexts of literature, intra-literary and inter-literary relationships and processes, further compulsory optional subjects: Methodology of teaching the Slovak language as L2, develops pedagogical and didactic competences necessary for the performance of the profession, Bachelor's seminar, provides knowledge about the methodology of creating and processing a bachelor's thesis and Bachelor's thesis with defense, consists of a presentation of the completed bachelor's thesis before the defense committee, in the presence of the supervisor and opponent of the bachelor's work.

d) - The institution states the number of credits, the achievement of which is a condition for proper completion of studies and other requirements that the student must meet within the study programme and for its proper completion, including the requirements for state examinations, rules for re-study and rules for the extension, interruption of study.
The student's study plan contains subjects prescribed by the bachelor's study program worth at least 180 credits, and this number of credits is one of the conditions for the proper completion of the first stage of higher education with a standard length of study. In order to obtain the appropriate number of credits, the student must complete 2 compulsory subjects per semester and can choose one of the two compulsory optional subjects in the given semester. Credits obtained for successful completion of the subject are accumulated for the student (accumulation of credits). The total load of a student during one academic year is set at 60 credits.
e) - For individual study plans, the institution states the requirements for completing the individual parts of the study programme and the student's progress within the study programme in the given structure:

For compulsory subjects, the student receives 122 credits. Of these, 116 credits are for contact teaching subjects and teaching practice (50 credits from the first approval, 50 from the second approval, and 16 from the teaching foundation), in addition, the student must pass the state exam for 6 credits (of which 2 credits for the first approval, 2 for the second approval, and 2 from the teaching base).

In individual approvals, the difference may be 1-2 extra credits, or at the expense of compulsory subjects, but these are compensated by the offer of compulsory optional subjects. The sum of credits for compulsory and compulsory optional subjects remains constant: 175 credits.

The student receives 53 credits for compulsory optional subjects. Of these, 49 credits are for contact teaching subjects and teaching practice (19 credits from the first approval - from which the student writes a final thesis, 15 credits from the second approval and 11 credits from the teacher's foundation), in addition, the student must complete a bachelor's thesis defense from one approval for 8 credits.

The student enrolls in optional subjects as part of the teaching base from the faculty-wide offer of optional subjects in the number of min. 5 credits for a bachelor's degree.

To graduate, 180 credits are required, of which 79 from one approval (from which the student writes a bachelor's thesis), 67 from the second approval, and 34 credits from the teaching foundation.

The student receives 12 credits for the final thesis and the defense of the final thesis (of which 4 for work on the bachelor's thesis within the Bachelor's seminar subject, and 8 for the defense of the final thesis).

The student receives 3 credits for teaching practice within the teaching base.

Student participation in pedagogical practices is mandatory. Practice: Pedagogical practice 1: the conditions for completing the subject are set and regulated by the UJS PF Dean's Directive: Principles of implementing pedagogical practice at the UJS Faculty of Pedagogy. The student proceeds according to the part of this document related to Pedagogical practice 1, submits the protocol on completing the practice and creates a portfolio based on a pre-consulted structure, which he presents to the head of the pedagogical practice.

f) - The institution describes the rules for verification of learning outcomes, students assessment and the possibilities of appealing against the assessment.

The rules, criteria and methods of the evaluation are transparent and predetermined by the teacher, and the information sheet of the given subject informs about all of this. In the section entitled "Methods for the completion of the subject", the student's duties related to the study and other duties related to the realization of the educational goal, the form of completing the study tasks, and the criteria for evaluating partial results are clearly defined. The student's results are recorded, documented and archived. The rules and process of the evaluation are laid down in the Study Regulations of UJS. During the course, the students receive feedback from the teacher, as well as guidance and the opportunity to correct mistakes. The student has the opportunity to find out about his own assessment through personal consultations, the academic information system or the Moodle platform.

The student has the opportunity to take advantage of consultation hours during the semester. Practice shows that students use this opportunity in order to achieve better results. If the student fulfills the requirements for the given exam subject, he has the option of one regular and two remedial exam dates (as well as - in justified cases - a commission exam). The regulations regarding this, as well as the collection and acceptance of credits, are contained in the Study Regulations of UJS. Administrative control of the academic information system is carried out by the Academic Department based on the rules laid down in the Academic Regulations of UJS.

g) - Conditions for recognition of studies or a part of studies.

The Study Regulations of UJS clearly describe the procedures related to the acquisition, collection and transfer of credits, which are in line with the European system of credit transfer. The rules for accepting subjects completed at other universities are defined in the same way.

The rules and procedures for submitting, processing, opposing, defending and evaluating theses are declared and formulated in the UJS Study Regulations (full text with additions), available from AIS UJS Documents/UJS-legislativa/Internal regulations, year 2018, number 8.

Study/research stay, by which we declare support for domestic and foreign mobility of students. The UJS study regulations clearly describe the procedures and rules for obtaining credits, their collection and transfer, which is in accordance with the European Credit Transfer System. Similarly, the rules and procedures for recognizing completion of courses at another university are defined.

In order to increase the share of participants in Erasmus+ mobilities, the Section for International Relations, in cooperation with the faculties of UJS, regularly organizes informative Erasmus+ days and workshops, and offers the possibility of personal or online consultation. Promotional materials are distributed to UJS students and information is regularly published through the university's information tools.

The rules and procedures are formulated in the Rector's Directive no. 3/2014 on the organization of foreign mobility of students, teachers and employees within the Erasmus+ program at UJS, available from AIS UJS Documents/UJS-legislation/Internal management acts, year 2018, number 10).

In the study program, the university applies rules and tools to ensure research integrity and prevent plagiarism and other academic fraud. According to the UJS Statute, plagiarism is considered a misdemeanor and is subject to disciplinary proceedings. The college identifies violations of research integrity, plagiarism and academic fraud and implements measures to ensure that violations of these rules are not compatible with obtaining an academic degree. Rules and procedures are described in the UJS PF Statute (2018), available from AIS UJS Documents/UJS - legislation/Internal regulations, year 2020, number 3), UJS Code of Ethics available from AIS UJS Documents/UJS-legislation/Internal regulations, year 2013, number 11) and the Disciplinary Code for Students (available from AIS UJS Documents/UJS-legislation/Internal regulations).

In accordance with the current trend, the university systematically searches for and addresses students with specific needs and records an observable increase in these students. Students with special needs are eligible for support services based on their specific needs. The rules and procedures are described in the Rector's Directive no. 7/2016 on students with specific needs and on the scope of activities of the UJS coordinator for students with specific needs, available from AIS UJS Documents/UJS-legislation/Internal management acts, year 2016, number 9).

According to the UJS Statute, a student becomes a member of the academic community by enrolling in one of the study programs offered by the UJS or its faculty. As a member of the academic community based on the UJS Statute, he has the right to address proposals, comments and complaints to academic self-governing bodies - the procedures and rules of which are defined in their legislative documents. The students of the study program have at their disposal effective mechanisms for reviewing initiatives by which they demand the protection of their rights or interests protected by law, which they believe have been violated, or point to specific shortcomings in the activity or inaction of the university. The review of suggestions is transparent and takes place with the participation of student representatives. Feedback on the results of the review of the suggestions and the measures taken is provided to the submitters of the suggestions.

b) - Characteristics of the study programme information management (access to study literature according to Course information sheets, access to information databases and other information sources, information technologies, etc.).
c) - Characteristics and extent of distance education applied in the study programme with the assignment to courses. Access, manuals of e-learning portals. Procedures for the transition from contact teaching to distance learning.

For the needs of distance education or education in a combined form, the university has 4 servers with the BigBlueButton video conferencing system in operation. An alternative tool for distance learning is the MS Teams platform, as part of the Office 365 A1 for faculty package, which is available to all teachers and students. Back in 2015, an e-learning system based on the open-source LMS Moodle was created and put into operation at UJS. This system was partially integrated with the WeBWorK system in 2017. This complex system was also operated in 2019. Moodle continues to offer the possibility of publishing study and auxiliary materials for individual subjects, the possibility of entering homework and electronic knowledge testing in the authorized zone. In addition, WeBWorK provides the possibility of automated generation, entry and evaluation of mathematical tasks. In addition to the possibility of a cable connection, which is available in ŠD, UK and in other selected places, students in all UJS buildings have access to the Internet via a WiFi network. A person's authentication (login name and password) is required to connect to the network. In 2016, a central printing system was introduced, which is also available for students. Students have the opportunity to add credit to their accounts at the UJS cash desk.

d) - Institution partners in providing educational activities for the study programme and the characteristics of their participation.

From the point of view of ensuring educational activities in the study program, the main partners are practice schools, school facilities and practice kindergartens, where the pedagogical practice of students of the Faculty of Education of the University of Warsaw takes place.

The Faculty of Education is contractually bound with more than thirty training schools in Slovakia. Training schools are not only in Komárno, but also, for example, in in Dunajská Streda, Veľky Meder, Galanta, Nové Zámky, Rožňava, Kráľovský Chlmec, Bratislava, Šahy, Štúrovo, Veľké Kapušany, Kolárovo and Rimavská Sobota.

As part of pedagogical practice, students observe and analyze the educational process, learn to apply theoretical knowledge acquired during the study of general education subjects, general and specialized didactics, and gradually acquire the pedagogical skills necessary for the performance of the teaching profession.

f) - Possibilities and conditions for participation of the study programme students in mobilities and internships (indicating contact details), application instructions, rules for recognition of this education.

UJS offers its students foreign study mobilities within the Erasmus+ mobility programs, the Makovecz program, CEEPUS and various professional internships offered by the Balassi Institution (Mobility grants of the Ministry of Human Resources of the Republic of Moldova).

Currently, UJS has 118 concluded bilateral contracts, memoranda and inter-institutional agreements with 63 partner institutions in 15 European countries, as well as inter-institutional agreements in partner countries outside the EU within the KA107 activity.

The Department for International Relations, in cooperation with the faculties of UJS, regularly organizes informative Erasmus+ days and workshops, and offers the possibility of personal or online consultation. Promotional materials, leaflets and brochures are distributed to UJS students. At the same time, the Department for International Relations of UJS regularly publishes information about activities on the Erasmus+ UJS website and sends mass information to students, teachers and employees of UJS through the university's information tools. Language support for students is provided through the online language support tool OLS (On-line Linguistic Support) within the Erasmus+ program.

9. - Required abilities and admission requirements for the study programme applicants
a) - Required abilities and necessary admission requirements.

According to the Act on Higher Education, the basic prerequisite for the admission of an applicant to the bachelor's study program Teaching Slovak language and literature in combination is the acquisition of a complete secondary education or a complete secondary professional education with a high school diploma, including a high school diploma in Slovak language and literature. The required proof of education is an officially certified copy of the school leaving certificate.

b) - Admission procedures.

In case of exceeding the planned number of students in the bachelor's study program, the point evaluation will be decisive for determining the order of applicants. After assessing the fulfillment of the basic conditions for admission to the study, those applicants who have achieved the highest total number of points in the individual criteria will be admitted.

The order of accepted applicants will be determined based on the sum of points according to the following criteria.

1st criterion: average grades from the end-of-year assessment for 1‒3. year of secondary school (in the case of students of 5-year or 8-year high school for the last 3 years of secondary school) and for the 1st semester for the last year of secondary school. Maximum number of 30 points.

2nd criterion: competitions and other activities. Maximum number of 10 points. If the applicant receives a maximum of 10 points from one of the listed categories, his other activities are no longer counted.

- Obtaining a place in recitation competitions (district, regional, national round) ‒ individually judged. Maximum number of 10 points.

- Obtaining a place in competitions of artistic activities (district, regional, national round) ‒ individually assessed. Maximum number of 10 points.

The admissions committee will be able to take into account only those results at competitions that the applicant properly documents with a diploma, certificate or other credible document.

Admission to study is decided by the dean of the Faculty of Education of UJS based on the recommendation of the admissions committee in accordance with the conditions set for admission.

10. - Feedback on the quality of provided education
a) - Procedures for monitoring and evaluating students' opinions on the study programme quality.

Students' opinions on the quality of the study program are continuously monitored during teaching, based on an individual approach to study groups, teachers independently choose the method of monitoring. Among the methods of monitoring, informal interviews with students and online questionnaires prevail, which allow individual access to a specific group and dynamic changes. Educators can use the Feedback tool within the Moodle platform to assess student satisfaction with the course.

b) - Results of student feedback and related measures to improve the study programme quality.

The Career and Counseling Center of the J. Selye University provides university students with counseling, psychological, labor-law services during their studies, monitors the success of studies and monitors the employability of graduates on the labor market in order to improve the quality of specific study programs.


J. Selye University is building an alumni portal for former students, university graduates, which has long-standing traditions in Western Europe and America, mainly because universities consider it important to continue to have contact with their former students, graduates after graduation and obtaining a diploma . The basis of the graduate portal of the J. Selye University is the portal www.ujs.sk/alumni, where graduates can register and become members of this system and community of former students. After registration, graduates will be informed about happenings and events at the university, about alumni meetings, etc.


J. Selye University places great emphasis on following the careers of its graduates. Graduates who register can provide information about their employment through a questionnaire, thereby contributing to creating a correct picture of the success of our graduates' employment on the labor market.
