b) - Characteristics of the study programme information management (access to study literature according to Course information sheets, access to information databases and other information sources, information technologies, etc.).

The library enables in-person access to the study literature for the study program, at least to the extent of the mandatory literature listed in the subject information sheets. Currently, UK UJS registers more than 12,206 titles for the field, of which more than 1,000 titles relate to the presented study program. The Department of the Slovak Language contributes massively to the development of the library fund by acquiring professional literature related to the study program, e.g. from the funds of the KEGA 001UJS-4/2018 project. The DAWINCI library information system is used in the university library, which is a modern library-information system, integrating the latest elements from the field of server applications, database systems, document management and, in conjunction with the knowledge and experience of libraries, transforms them into a complex multimedia library and information system. The system provides users with access to individual library funds through the On-line OPAC catalog via websites. The University Library of the UJS, like other university libraries, is involved in the central register of evidence of publication activity for the needs of the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Slovak Republic. Students' and teachers' access to the necessary databases is also solved by remote access via CVTI SR. Through this approach, access to foreign scientific journals accessible in the online databases of individual publishers is also solved. The university library organizes workshops that support orientation in publication databases and work with literary sources.

c) - Characteristics and extent of distance education applied in the study programme with the assignment to courses. Access, manuals of e-learning portals. Procedures for the transition from contact teaching to distance learning.

For the needs of distance education or education in a combined form, the university has 4 servers with the BigBlueButton video conferencing system in operation. An alternative tool for distance learning is the MS Teams platform, as part of the Office 365 A1 for faculty package, which is available to all teachers and students. Back in 2015, an e-learning system based on the open-source LMS Moodle was created and put into operation at UJS. This system was partially integrated with the WeBWorK system in 2017. This complex system was also operated in 2019. Moodle continues to offer the possibility of publishing study and auxiliary materials for individual subjects, the possibility of entering homework and electronic knowledge testing in the authorized zone. In addition, WeBWorK provides the possibility of automated generation, entry and evaluation of mathematical tasks. In addition to the possibility of a cable connection, which is available in ŠD, UK and in other selected places, students in all UJS buildings have access to the Internet via a WiFi network. A person's authentication (login name and password) is required to connect to the network. In 2016, a central printing system was introduced, which is also available for students. Students have the opportunity to add credit to their accounts at the UJS cash desk.

d) - Institution partners in providing educational activities for the study programme and the characteristics of their participation.

From the point of view of ensuring educational activities in the study program, the main partners are practice schools, school facilities and practice kindergartens, where the pedagogical practice of students of the Faculty of Education of the UJS takes place.

The Faculty of Education is contractually bound with more than thirty training schools in Slovakia. Training schools are not only in Komárno, but also, for example, in in Dunajská Streda, Veľky Meder, Galanta, Nové Zámky, Rožňava, Kráľovský Chlmec, Bratislava, Šahy, Štúrovo, Veľké Kapušany, Kolárovo and in Rimavská Sobota.

As part of pedagogical practice, students observe and analyze the educational process, learn to apply theoretical knowledge acquired during the study of general education subjects, general and specialized didactics, and gradually acquire the pedagogical skills necessary for the performance of the teaching profession.

e) - Characteristics of the possibilities for social, sports, cultural, spiritual and social activities.

UJS operates UJS Student Dormitories, where it provides comfortable accommodation for university students, with suitable conditions for quality housing with corresponding hygiene standards and security. Part of the ŠD campus is a multifunctional playground enabling students to meaningfully spend their free time and play sports.

UJS also provides meals for students in the building of the UJS Conference Center, 4,8 km from the Faculty of Pedagogy. In the Sports Center of the University, students have the opportunity to play sports and other leisure activities.

The aim of the university is also to provide opportunities for cultural, social and spiritual enjoyment. Young talents will find their application in the Cantus Iuventus choir. Students have the opportunity to visit the chapel established in ŠD Čajka.

f) - Possibilities and conditions for participation of the study programme students in mobilities and internships (indicating contact details), application instructions, rules for recognition of this education.

UJS offers its students foreign study mobilities within the Erasmus+ mobility programs, the Makovecz program, CEEPUS and various professional internships offered by the Balassi Institution (Mobility grants of the Ministry of Human Resources of the Republic of Moldova).

Currently, UJS has 118 concluded bilateral contracts, memoranda and inter-institutional agreements with 63 partner institutions in 15 European countries, as well as inter-institutional agreements in partner countries outside the EU within the KA107 activity.

The Department for International Relations, in cooperation with the faculties of UJS, regularly organizes informative Erasmus+ days and workshops, and offers the possibility of personal or online consultation. Promotional materials, leaflets and brochures are distributed to UJS students. At the same time, the Department for International Relations of UJS regularly publishes information about activities on the Erasmus+ UJS website and sends mass information to students, teachers and employees of UJS through the university's information tools. Language support for students is provided through the online language support tool OLS (On-line Linguistic Support) within the Erasmus+ program.
